Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using pavilion88:

  • Collaborating with others to cheat or exploit game systems.
  • Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful.
  • Attempting to access unauthorized parts of the platform or stealing other users’ information.
  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts and further legal action if necessary.

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR

All financial transactions on pavilion88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support various local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Touch'n Go e-wallet, and bank transfers through major Malaysian financial institutions.

Payment-related terms are as follows:

  • Minimum deposits start from RM10, varying by the selected payment method.
  • All deposits must be made using payment methods registered under the account holder’s name.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts registered under the same name as the pavilion88 account.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen — ranging from a few minutes up to two working days.
  • Pavilion88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals while verifying identity or conducting investigations if suspicious activity is detected.

Users are responsible for understanding any fees charged by their banks or payment providers. pavilion88 is not responsible for additional charges imposed by third parties during payment processing.

Any disputes related to transactions must be reported to support within 30 days of the transaction date. pavilion88 reserves the right to reject disputes submitted after this period.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, pavilion88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond control.

  • Game outcomes unfavourable to users due to natural chance factors.
  • Third-party actions such as those by game software providers or payment processors.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Pavilion88 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Users found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected in the account.
  • Users providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Accounts inactive for extended periods as defined by platform internal policies.
  • Upon request from authorities with legal jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If an account is closed due to term violations, any balance may be held pending investigation. pavilion88 will notify users via their registered email about the final decision regarding held balances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pavilion88 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, source code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pavilion88 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from pavilion88.
